The positive assessment was personally delivered by EC president Ursula von der Leyen to Croatia&#8217;s prime minister Andrej Plenkovi\u0107 in Zagreb on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Croatia receiving a green light from Brussels is an important step towards the EU disbursing funds in grants and loans under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).
