Seven heads of state were in attendance at the forum, held on 8-9 July at the National Palace of Culture. In addition to Bulgaria&#8217;s president, Rumen Radev, who is hosting the summit, the presidents of Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Germany, Romania, and Greece were also there.<\/p>\n<p>The Three Seas Initiative, which is supported by the US and Germany, is comprised of 12 countries.
