Despite the CJEU ruling Małgorzata Manowska First President of the Supreme Court of Poland choose to allow the disciplinary chamber to continue functioning.

The EC rule of law report’s second edition writes in relation to Poland that there is a high risk that fights against high-level corruption fails, freedom of media is deteriorating, just as women’s and LGBTQI+ rights.
